Article is devoted to the analysis of state regulation machineries of information and communicative aspect of eth-nopolitical activities in regions of North Caucasus federal district. An attempt to prove reforming of profile executive bodies as a factor of overcoming the available structurally functional disproportions and increase in effciency of public administration by ethnopolitical communications is made.
