CONTEMPORARY PROBLEMS OF FORMING A MANAGEMENT CULTURE

Successful organization depends on creating a strong organizational culture built on a shared set of beliefs, norms and values supported by strategy of development (development strategies) and structure of a modern enterprise. For a company to work effectively, it’s suggested (implied) that employees clearly know how to respond to any situation and are confident that they will be rewarded for their commitment to the company’s values. The article examines key focus elements of organizational culture, role of human resources in establishing, assessing and managing one, using suggestions and business focus of an international company.
